SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped out in the order they were received. Pieces are carefully boxed using mostly recycled materials to counter excessive waste (in case you wonder why there are so many different materials in your box!)

CAN I DO LOCAL PICK UP?

Yes! When you check out make sure to check the box for "LOCAL PICK UP" - on the day that you plan to pick up your order, shoot me a DM or message to let me know when you will be arriving so I can put your order out for you to pick up!

DO YOU DO LOCAL DELIVERY?

Yes! You have to choose "LOCAL DELIVERY" during check out and you live within the drop off radius! If I have delivered to you before and you are outside of the radius, chose "LOCAL PICKUP" and send me a DM and we can work it out!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I do not currently take returns or exchanges. However, if your piece arrives to you in the mail damaged, please send me pictures of both the broken item and box it came in. Do not throw away the package and item please. Must notify me of broken items within a 3 days of receiving package.
